The Journey So Far
Hey! I'm Mark, founder of IchigosCloset. I started this brand in September of 2023 during my freshman year of college. After years of growing up loving anime, I still couldn't find clothing I actually wanted to wear, so I decided to build the brand I always wished existed.
My mission is simple: to put you first by offering premium quality clothing, fostering a community of anime fans, and providing exceptional service. What started as a solo mission has grown into a community of thousands who wear their love for anime every single day.
This is how it happened.
Sep 2023
The First Drop
On September 8th, 2023, I launched my very first drop with no clear expectations and no real idea of what I was doing. Just a belief in the long term vision I had for the brand.
2024 - 2025
0 The Fam Shows Up
Drop after drop, the community grew. Pieces started selling out, restocks turned into pre-orders, and over 5,000 anime fans worldwide made IchigosCloset part of their everyday fits.
Every order, every tag, every fit pic pushed this brand further than I ever planned.
2026
All In
Three years after that first drop, I quit my job and went all in on IchigosCloset. Every drop, every order, every fan who wears this brand means everything to me. I couldn't do it without the support of you, the community.
The Name
Why IchigosCloset
Bleach has always been my favorite anime, and Ichigo is one of the most effortlessly stylish characters ever drawn. The name is a play on stepping into Ichigo's world when you shop with us. Bleach fans might also remember Rukia hiding in Ichigo's closet. That scene stuck with me and gave the name another layer.
