Pre-Order & Pre-Made Items

At IchigosCloset, we offer both pre-order and pre-made items. When pre-made items sell out, they may be restocked as pre-order items. Please check each products shipping times under its product description, as it will clearly label whether the item is pre-order or pre-made.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are made specifically after your order is placed. Because of this production process, delivery typically takes 6–10 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeline allows us to carefully produce each item with attention to quality and detail.

Pre-Made Items

Pre-made items are already produced and ready to ship. Delivery typically takes 6–21 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping timelines are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, drops, or restocks. The typical processing time is 1–3 days.

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier, it is considered in transit.

Shipping Responsibility

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Missing apartment or unit numbers
  • Typographical errors in address details
  • Delays caused by incorrect customer-provided information

If an address error causes a package to be returned or delayed, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

Delivery & Carrier Responsibility

Once a package has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost or misdelivered packages
  • Transit issues
  • Carrier-related delays or errors

Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it is not considered a failed fulfillment on our end.

We may attempt to recover returned packages, but recovery is not guaranteed.

If a reshipment is requested, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees.

Customs & Import Fees

We do not charge additional customs duties, import taxes, or hidden fees at delivery. All applicable fees are included at checkout, so no extra charges will be required upon arrival.
