What size should I get?

Our detailed size charts can be found as the last image on each individual product page.

We recommend for you to review measurements from our sizing guides to get the best fit for you.

If unsure, It's always best to size up.
When will I receive my order?

All pre-made items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, and delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Pre-order items require 6–10 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. Production begins after your order is placed, so timelines may vary slightly.

Please note: If your order includes both pre-made and pre-order items, the entire order will follow the pre-order timeline and ship together once production is complete.

Will I receive a tracking number?

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships.

Shipping Times

  • Pre-made items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Pre-order items: Ship within the specified pre-order time frame.

How to Track

When your order ships, you’ll automatically receive an email notification with a tracking number, which you can use to track the exact location of your package. You can also check the status of your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

How should I wash my garments?

Care Instructions for our Garments

To keep your items looking their best, please follow these simple care instructions:

  1. Turn Garment Inside Out before washing to protect fabric and colors.
  2. Wash in Cold Water to preserve the integrity of the material and prevent shrinkage.
  3. Wash with Similar Colors to avoid color bleeding and maintain vibrancy.
  4. Use Gentle or Delicate Cycle to prevent damage and ensure a longer-lasting garment.
  5. Air Dry by laying flat or hanging to dry naturally. Avoid tumble drying to preserve fabric quality.
