When will I receive my order?
All pre-made items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, and delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Pre-order items require 6–10 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. Production begins after your order is placed, so timelines may vary slightly.
Please note: If your order includes both pre-made and pre-order items, the entire order will follow the pre-order timeline and ship together once production is complete.

- Wash in Cold Water to preserve the integrity of the material and prevent shrinkage.
- Wash with Similar Colors to avoid color bleeding and maintain vibrancy.
- Use Gentle or Delicate Cycle to prevent damage and ensure a longer-lasting garment.
- Air Dry by laying flat or hanging to dry naturally. Avoid tumble drying to preserve fabric quality.
