Thank you for shopping with IchigosCloset! We truly appreciate your support and strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as completing a purchase indicates full agreement with the terms below.
No Returns Policy
At this time, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for size changes, incorrect fit, or buyer’s remorse.
All items are fulfilled as pre-orders and are made specifically upon order placement.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all product details and understand that all sales are final.
Size charts and model measurements are provided to help ensure accurate sizing before purchase.
Customer Responsibility
We are not responsible for errors made by the customer at checkout, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect shipping details
- Incomplete or inaccurate address information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are accurate before completing checkout. Orders are processed exactly as submitted.
Shipping & Delivery Terms
Once an order has been fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
We are not liable for:
- Delivery delays
- Lost packages
- Misdelivered packages
- Transit issues
- Errors caused by incorrect customer-provided information
Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds or store credit are only issued in cases where there is a verified error on our end, such as:
- Incorrect item shipped
- Wrong size or product fulfillment error
- Verified manufacturing or quality defect
All claims must be submitted within 2–3 days of delivery and must include supporting photo evidence.
All claims are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for any resolution.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for:
- Incorrect sizing or misjudgment of fit
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Carrier delays or transit issues
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Returned, Undeliverable, or Failed Delivery Packages
If a package is returned to our fulfillment center or marked undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the failed delivery.
We may, at our discretion, attempt to locate and recover returned packages; however, recovery is not guaranteed.
If the package is recovered and the customer requests reshipment, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
If the shipping address provided at checkout matches the information entered by the customer, we are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, including:
- Missing apartment numbers
- Incorrect ZIP codes
- Typographical errors
Stolen or Missing After Delivery Packages
If tracking shows an order has been delivered, but the customer claims non-receipt, the issue must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered.
Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.
Goodwill Exceptions
Any refunds, replacements, or credits issued outside of this policy are provided solely as a voluntary goodwill gesture.
These exceptions:
- Do not constitute admission of fault
- Do not override this policy
- Do not establish precedent for future claims
