Cancellation policy
Thank you for shopping with IchigosCloset! Please review this policy carefully before placing your order, as completing a purchase indicates full agreement with the terms below.
Purchase Options
At IchigosCloset, products may be offered under different purchase types depending on availability:
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are made specifically after your order is placed. These items require production time and are not immediately available for shipment. Estimated delivery timelines are provided on each product page.
Pre-Made Items
Pre-made items are already produced and ready to ship. These items are fulfilled in the order they are received and shipped within standard processing times.
Please refer to each product description to confirm whether an item is pre-order or pre-made before purchasing.
Order Cancellation Policy
Due to the way our fulfillment system operates, we maintain a strict cancellation policy:
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
- Once an order has entered processing or production, it can no longer be canceled.
- Pre-order items begin production shortly after purchase and therefore may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins.
Non-Cancellable Orders
We do not allow cancellations for the following:
- Orders already in production (pre-order items)
- Orders that have been processed or prepared for shipping
- Orders placed during drops or restocks after fulfillment has begun
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct at checkout, including:
- Item selection
- Size selection
- Shipping address
- Contact information
Orders are processed exactly as submitted.
Exceptions
Any cancellations approved outside of this policy are issued solely at our discretion as a one-time goodwill exception and do not guarantee future approval.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you (or someone you appoint, other than the carrier) receives the goods. To meet the deadline, you only need to submit your withdrawal request before the 14 days expire.
How to Withdraw
To exercise your right, submit your withdrawal request using the cancellation link or button on your order or account page.
We will confirm receipt of your request by email without delay.
Refunds
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs where applicable, within 14 days of being informed of your decision.
We may hold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return, whichever comes first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the order unless agreed otherwise.
Returns
Items must be sent back within 14 days of your withdrawal request. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
You are only responsible for any reduction in value of the goods if they were handled beyond what is necessary to check them.
